El Cardenal is a fine blend between the story of a man who became a winegrower going back to his roots and of a great and strong terroir. The one where his ancestors have been growing vines for several generations. By creating a collection of great wines, Laurent Cisneros shares his emotions and takes us on a trip to the delicacy of a tasty fruit and the strong character of a generous land.
Tasting notes
Dark cherry red color, complex nose with aromas of cedar and red fruits. Beautiful silky balance with vanilla notes and a long and elegant finish.
