Château de Rouillac is committed to a sustainable and eco-friendly agriculture, and was certified High Environmental Value in 2013. The estate is involved in preserving fauna and flora on the property. Beehives were put in 2013 right in the middle of the lime and acacia tree forest on the estate.
Beautiful amber color. Delicate and smooth texture with fruity and oaky aromas. Honey is a natural product whose texture can evolve over time. This natural phenomenon called crystallization does not alter the quality of honey.
