Overview

Fine-bubble Champagne made from 3 traditional grape varieties. Laurent Cisneros, producer of great wines, created a collection of Champagnes with his three daughters. The Brut Selection is made from three traditional Champagne grape varieties for a fine and lively wine of good fullness: 70% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier.

Tasting notes

Sparkling color, fine bubbles and lovely freshness. A gourmet champagne, well structured with aromas of very ripe white fruits and fresh citrus fruits. Good balance and nice length in the mouth. Ideal for an aperitif!

Pair with : Aperitif, grilled prawns, fish in white butter, roast poultry and dessert.

Wine-making process : Manual harvest. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. Foaming, maturation and aging in cellars at constant temperature.

Aging : 18 to 24 months on slats.
